Melody Gabriel
CEO
As CEO and Owner, Melody Gabriel is Generations chief steward of culture, operations and strategic vision.
Literally growing up in the industry, Melody brings over 30 years of experience and unique perspective. Driven by a passion to create change that makes lives better every day, she has built a strong leadership team tasked with serving more seniors and employees than ever; doubling the size of the company since 2019. Melody proudly continues the legacy of her father, Wendell, including deeply seated values around how those at Generations do their work and the quality and attention given to staff and residents.
Wendell White
Founder
Wendell White is Generations Founder and current Chairman of the Board, providing support and guidance to its Leadership Team.
For Wendell, senior care was truly generational, as he grew up living at Parkview – a “rest home” operated by his grandparents. Wendell started his own business in 1965 and has been a pioneer of Senior Living on the West Coast, overseeing the development of more than 20 facilities in OR, WA and CA. Highlights of his 60+ years of leadership include the establishment of three groundbreaking, resort-style Village communities, founding Parkview Memory Care Centers in honor of his grandparents’ legacy, and developing Academy Village, a new, intergenerational community in Sacramento, California.
Kathy Levee
COO
As President and COO, Kathy LeVee is as tenacious as she is strategic, earning her stripes working in multiple departments before becoming an administrator.
Kathy brings more than 30 years of industry experience to her oversight of strategic positioning at Generations, which includes leadership and strategic development, portfolio growth, workflow streamlining, relationship growth, project deployments/execution and pandemic recovery. A natural mentor, she knows that positive results begin with strength in leadership and loves to help others realize their highest potential. Kathy has an unending sense of curiosity she couples with her love of people, and is passionate about serving others through both her work and volunteer positions.
Kim Watson
Senior VP of Operations
Kim Watson brings her dedication to coaching and organizational development to her role as SVP of Operations, with daily oversight of all regional teams and communities.
Kim has always been drawn to her elders, from befriending older neighbors as a girl, to her first job at a local nursing home, she describes her path of 30+ years as one where “the industry chose me.” A Certified CliftonStrengths Coach, Kim is passionate about helping others identify and leverage their strengths toward greater performance and increased engagement. Working with a people-first company like Generations is in perfect alignment with Kim’s values and her commitment to the growth and development of those she supports.
