Specific Safeguards for Memory Care Living at Generations
Memory Care is special. There are many considerations to ensure safety, peace of mind, and quality of life for this type of care needed for your loved one. Memory Care residences are intentionally designed to be a smaller group for attentive care.
This provides a sense of calm, ease of movement, and a clutter-free environment. Main spaces and amenity spaces throughout our Memory Care community are light, airy, and designed for ease of motion. Each room has a 24-hour emergency call system and individualized heating and cooling systems.
In addition, our licensed, experienced, and trained staff works with residents and their families to ensure our residents’ comfort, safety, and health 24/7. Medication management, personal hygiene and grooming, showering/bathing, mealtime assistance, mobility and transferring, and chef-prepared meals are all here. Many of our communities are also very hospitals.
